  • Proposal and Quotation - Based on information provided, proposal lists rental items plus a quote of prices per item.
  • Customization and selection - Customer reviews the proposal and quotation and have the option to make changes.
  • Reservation and contract - Outlines the terms and conditions of rental agreement once selection is finalized.
  • Payment and confirmation - Make a payment to secure reservation after signing the contract and reserve items.
  • Delivery and setup - Delivers and set up items on day of event. Takes care of logistics to ensure a smooth and timely setup process.
  • Event support - Having staff available on site to address any issues or last minute requests.
  • Pickup and return - Coordinate the pickup and return of rented items at end of event and check for any damaged or missing items, and resolve according to the terms of the contract
